Do I need a PayBill or Till number to start?

No. You can sign up and test everything in the sandbox straight away. When you're ready to go live, connect your own PayBill or Till credentials from Safaricom Daraja.

How does the free trial work?

Where does my money go?

Payments land in your KulturePay wallet with pending, available and reserved balances, and settle to the M-Pesa Till, PayBill or bank account you configure.

Is it secure?

Each business is fully isolated, access is controlled by roles, every financial action is written to an append-only audit log, and webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256.
